6 parmesans slices

How to Cook Toasted Pine Nut and Spinach Salad
- Heat a pan and roast the pine nuts with a pinch of salt.
- Add spinach on a plate, pine nuts, parmesan and pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Serve with salami slices.
