Ingredients Needed for Toasted Pine Nut and Spinach Salad

½ cup pine nut
3 ounces of spinach leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
6 parmesans slices
3 salamis slices

How to Cook Toasted Pine Nut and Spinach Salad

  1. Heat a pan and roast the pine nuts with a pinch of salt.
  2. Add spinach on a plate, pine nuts, parmesan and pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Serve with salami slices.
