Ingredients Needed for Tiger Prawns With Veggie Side

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 red onion, sliced
¼ red bell pepper, chopped
0.25 green bell pepper, chopped
¼ yellow bell pepper, chopped
salt
pepper
5 broccoli florets
5 sweet corns
5 prawns
2 teaspoons of butter

How to Make Tiger Prawns With Veggie Side

  1. Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in it.
  2. Add onion and all the 3 types of bell pepper.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and baby corn.
  5. Mix all ingredients and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Take another saucepan, heat it and add the remaining oil.
  7. Add tiger prawns and fry them on each side until golden.
  8. Add butter in the middle of the pan.
  9. Let it melt, then use a spoon to pour over the prawns.
  10. Serve with veggie side.
