Ingredients Needed for Thai Baby Octopus
2 lemongrasses sticks
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 chili peppers
6 baby octopuses
½ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon chives
How to Cook Thai Baby Octopus
- Remove the heads and tails of the lemongrass sticks and slice them through the middle.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the sticks and chili peppers and let them fry for 2 minutes.
- Remove them from the pan, add baby octopus in the remaining oil and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add coconut milk and sprinkle chives on top.
- Serve hot!
