Tabbouleh is quite a common dish in Arab cuisines and there's no wonder why. It is one of our favorite salads because the way it mixes its different ingredients and flavors together. Its main ingredients are parsley (lots of it), couscous, pomegranate, and of course, like in all other salads, olive oil, and lemon or lime juice.
