Sweet Potato Flower Tart

Ingredients Needed for Sweet Potato Flower Tart
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
4 spring onions, sliced
4 garlic cloves, sliced
⅔ cup ricotta
5 rosemary sprigs
½ cup grated parmesan
3 ounces of butter, melted
How to Make Sweet Potato Flower Tart
- Grease a round baking pan with vegetable oil. Add the sweet potato slices in a swirl pattern, to make a flower tart.
- Add the spring onion, garlic, ricotta, rosemary sprigs, grated parmesan, and melted butter on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 50 minutes at 350˚F/180˚C.
