Ingredients Needed for Sweet Pork Ribs With Hot and Sour Sauce


For the sauce:

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon ginger, shredded
1 yellow chili, chopped
1 green chili, chopped
2 teaspoons of soy sauce

For the ribs:

1 ½ pounds of pork ribs
1 tablespoon brown sugar
lime wedges (for serving)

How to Make Sweet Pork Ribs With Hot and Sour Sauce

  1. For the sauce:

    Add the sesame oil, lime juice, white wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, chilis, and soy sauce to a bowl. Mix.

  2. For the ribs:

    Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the pork ribs inside it.

  3. Pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 45 minutes at 380⁰F/190⁰C.
  4. Cut into serving-size pieces and serve with lime wedges.
