Sweet Corn Puff Pastry Rolls

When salty cravings hit, make some crispy rolls with sweet corn, bacon and mozzarella. Here you have the quantities for 4 servings. But, if you have a small party, multiply them!
Ingredients Needed for Sweet Corn Puff Pastry Rolls
2 ounces of bacon
¼ red bell pepper, chopped
3 ounces of sweet corn
1 puff pastry
½ cup shredded mozzarella
2 spring onions s, chopped
1 egg
How to Make Sweet Corn Puff Pastry Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
- Cut the bacon in tiny slices.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet, without using vegetable oil.
- Remove the bacon and cook, in the same greased skillet, the red bell pepper.
- Add the sweet corn and stir.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread on it the sweet corn mixture and the fried bacon.
- Add the mozzarella and the spring onion.
- Roll the puff pastry sheet from one edge to the other.
- Cut slices.
- Whisk the egg and coat with it the sweet corn puff pastry rolls.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
