Ingredients Needed for Sweet and Spicy Sticky Wings

6 chicken wings
3 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
½ onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Sticky Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Season the chicken wings with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake them in the oven for 25 minutes.
  4. To make the sweet and spicy glaze heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  5. Add paprika, ginger, and pepper. Stir to mix spices and add onion and garlic.
  6. Fry until they turn golden and add tomato sauce, 1 glass of water and a pinch of salt.
  7. Bring to a boil and let it simmer.
  8. Finally add honey and mustard and let sauce thicken.
  9. Spread sauce all over the chicken wings.
