Ingredients Needed for Sweet and Spicy Pork Ribs

¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon white sugar

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Pork Ribs
- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
- Cut each chili into halves, lengthwise. Remove their seeds, then cut them into thin slices.
- Cut the rack of ribs into pieces (2 ribs for each piece). Put the ribs in a bowl.
- Add the white wine, soy sauce, olive oil, the chili slices, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Add the lemon slices and mix everything with your fingers, so that the ribs absorb the marinade.
- Lay the ribs in a ceramic baking tray, then pour the marinade over them.
- Roast for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put about 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water into a small pan, on medium heat.
- Add the white sugar and the remaining tablespoon of honey. Mix and let it simmer, to reduce the liquid and get a syrupy mixture.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and spread sweet syrup on them, using a silicone brush.
- If you want, garnish with fresh thyme. Serve with a side!
