Ingredients Needed for Sweet and Spicy Pork Belly

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
9 ounces of pork belly
salt
pepper
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 chili, chopped
2 tablespoons of honey
2 rosemary leaves

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Pork Belly

  1. Heat a skillet, add vegetable oil and begin cooking your pork belly. Season it with salt and pepper.
  2. Add garlic, chili, and honey and cook them all until the meat caramelizes.
  3. When it is almost finished add rosemary leaves.
  4. Optionally serve with French fries.
