How to Make Sweet and Spicy Pork Belly
- Heat a skillet, add vegetable oil and begin cooking your pork belly. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic, chili, and honey and cook them all until the meat caramelizes.
- When it is almost finished add rosemary leaves.
- Optionally serve with French fries.
