Ingredients Needed for Stuffed Zucchini

7 ounces of minced meat
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
salt
pepper
4 ounces of grated mozzarella
2 zucchini

How to Make Stuffed Zucchini

  1. Preheat the oven to 365 degrees F/185 degrees C.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  3. Add the minced meat and season it with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the minced meat until it becomes brown and tender.
  5. Add½ cup of mozzarella.
  6. Cook together the meat and the mozzarella, until the cheese melts.
  7. Cut the edges of the zucchini. Then, cut the zucchini in halves.
  8. Scoop out the zucchinis, but don’t damage the bottom.
  9. Fill the zucchini with meat.
  10. Top each zucchini with the remaining mozzarella.
  11. Bake them for 40 minutes.
