Ingredients Needed for Stuffed Tomatoes

7 ounces of minced meat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 3 eggs pepper ½ cup shredded mozzarella 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

How to Make Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/220 degrees C.
  2. In a skillet, heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  3. Add the minced meat and cook it until it turns white.
  4. Cut the top of the tomatoes and remove the pulp in the middle.
  5. Set a parchment paper on a baking tray.
  6. Put the tomatoes on it.
  7. In every tomato, put 2-3 tablespoons of cooked minced meat.
  8. Crack an egg in every tomato.
  9. Sprinkle some pepper over them.
  10. Top the tomatoes with shredded mozzarella.
  11. Bake them for 15 minutes.
