Ingredients Needed for Stuffed Lemon Baskets
2 lemons
½ cup shredded mozzarella
2 bacon
3 cherry tomatoes
¼ cup spring onion, sliced
1 habanero pepper
How to Cook Stuffed Lemon Baskets
- Preheat the oven to 430 degrees F/220 degrees C.
- Cut the lemons edges and remove the pulp, so that you obtain 2 baskets.
- Divide 1/4 cup of mozzarella in equal quantities and put them in each lemon basket.
- Chop the bacon and put it in the baskets.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and put 3 halves in each lemon basket.
- Add the spring onion slices.
- Slice the habanero pepper and add some slices in each basket.
- Top the lemon baskets with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
