First, scoop the inside of the apples and remove its seeds. |

Place them in a baking dish, add it into the oven and bake the apples for the next 25 minutes at 350 degrees F/175 degrees C. |

Prepare the crumble. Add the egg whites in a large bowl and mix them with sugar until stiff peaks appear. |

Remove the cinnamon stick and blend the topping ingredients. Mix it with the mascarpone. |
