Ingredients Needed for Strawberry Muffins Topped With Whipped Cream

½ cup whole wheat flour
1 cup plain flour
½ tablespoon baking powder
salt
½ cup coconut oil
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup milk
9 ounces of strawberry
¾ cup whipped cream

How to Make Strawberry Muffins Topped With Whipped Cream

  1. Add the whole wheat flour, plain flour, baking powder, and a dash of salt to a bowl and mix. Set aside.
  2. Add the coconut oil and sugar to a bowl and mix them using a hand mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla extract in the process, too. Do the same with the milk and the flour mixture. Mix until you have a smooth cream.
  3. Fill a 6 cup muffin pan with the batter and bake for 20 minutes at 525⁰F/275⁰C.
  4. Cut each muffin’s top part and scoop them with a teaspoon. Insert a strawberry in the scooped slot. Add whipped cream on top and a strawberry slice.
