3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
10 ounces of strawberry, cubed
6 ounces of kiwi, cubed
How to Cook Strawberry and Kiwi Cream
- Pour the heavy cream in a mixing bowl and whip it using a hand mixer.
- Add the egg yolks and powdered sugar. Whip until the sugar melts.
- Refrigerate the whipped heavy cream for 30 minutes.
- Divide the whipped cream and fruits and add layers of them into 4 large cocktail glasses.
