Steak tartare is a dish that consists of ground beef, served raw, and mixed with onion, capers, and seasonings. Our version fully respects the classic one, and if you haven’t tried it by now, maybe now would be a good time to do so. If you’re brave enough, serve it with a raw egg yolk!

Ingredients Needed for Steak Tartare

5 ounces of beef mince
1 cucumber, minced
0.25 mince d
1 teaspoon caper, minced
1 teaspoon pesto sauce
1 tea spoon worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
salt
toast bread
1 teaspoon sugar

How to Make Steak Tartare

  1. Place minced beef in a small bowl.
  2. Add the pickled cucumber, onion, and capers.
  3. Add the pesto sauce, Worchestershire sauce, mustard, and season it with salt.
  4. Mix the ingredients, and shape the mixture with a cooking ring.
  5. Top the tartare with 1 egg yolk and serve it with toast bread.
