2 ounces of baby spinach
5 ounces of pineapple, diced
½ apple, cubed
1 kiwi, thinly sliced
0.25-ounce ginger, thinly sliced
½ lime
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup of water

How to Make Spinach, Pineapple and Kiwi Smoothie

  1. Place the baby spinach in a blender.
  2. Add the pineapple, kiwi, apple, and ginger.
  3. Squeeze the juice out of half a lime, add honey, and water.
  4. Blend everything until smooth, and serve it in a lemonade glass!
