Ingredients Needed for Spinach Pasta Salad

3 ounces of pasta
salt
2 tablespoons of pine nut
2 ounces of baby spinach
1 arugula
1 orange, slices without membrane.
1 raisin
1 radish sprouts
2 teaspoons of teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds

How to Make Spinach Pasta Salad

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set the pasta aside.
  2. Heat a skillet, throw in it the pine nuts and roast them. Set them aside afterwards.
  3. Divide the baby spinach in two plates. Also divide the cooked pasta, arugula, orange slices, pine nuts, raisins, and radish sprouts onto the same plates.
  4. Drizzle some teriyaki sauce and honey, then sprinkle white sesame seeds.
