    cherry tomatoes (for toppings)

How to Make Spinach Oatmeal Waffles

  1. Add the baby spinach in a blender. Add the steel cut oats, salt, egg, and Greek yogurt. Blend everything until smooth.
  2. Set up your waffle maker and drizzle it with vegetable oil.
