Ingredients Needed for Spicy Zucchini Soup

1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 egg
1 zucchini, shredded
salt

How to Make Spicy Zucchini Soup

  1. Remove the ends of the zucchini and slice it finely.
  2. Use a shredder to obtain thin and long slices.
  3. Heat a saucepan and add chicken broth, water, ginger, and chili flakes.
  4. Whisk the egg and add it in the soup.
  5. Add the zucchini slices, salt and bring to a boil.
  6. Serve the soup hot!
