Ingredients Needed for Spicy Tortilla With Tahini Sauce
2 tortilla wraps
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
¼ cup tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
2 tablespoons of water
How to Make Spicy Tortilla With Tahini Sauce
- Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F/160 degrees C.
- Lay the tortillas one on top of the other and cut them into 8 small triangles.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the tortillas over it. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with cumin seeds, paprika, and turmeric.
- Slide the tray into the oven for the next 10-12 minutes.
- Pour the tahini in a small bowl and mix it with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Start whisking and slowly pour the water.
- Take the tortilla out of the oven and serve it with the tahini sauce.
