Ingredients Needed for Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves
1 red onion, thinly sliced
¼ red bell pepper, sliced
¼ yellow bell pepper, sliced
8 shrimp
4 chilis es
3 baby corns
1 tablespoon soy sauce

How to Make Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic cloves and cook them for 1 minute. Take them out and add the red onion, bell peppers, and shrimp. Cook everything for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the chilies, baby corn, soy sauce, and continue cooking everything for 1 more minute.
  4. Remove from the stove and serve immediately.
