1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves
1 red onion, thinly sliced
¼ red bell pepper, sliced
¼ yellow bell pepper, sliced
8 shrimp
4 chilis es
3 baby corns
1 tablespoon soy sauce
How to Make Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic cloves and cook them for 1 minute. Take them out and add the red onion, bell peppers, and shrimp. Cook everything for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chilies, baby corn, soy sauce, and continue cooking everything for 1 more minute.
- Remove from the stove and serve immediately.
