Ingredients Needed for Spicy Chicken Wings

4 chicken wings
vegetable oil for cooking
salt
pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon curry paste
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

How to Make Spicy Chicken Wings

  1. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  2. Add the chicken wings.
  3. Fry them on both sides until they turn golden.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  5. Add oil in another cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  6. Add the sliced onion and some butter on top of it.
  7. Caramelize the onion then add the curry paste.
  8. Mix the cornstarch with a cup of water.
  9. Pour the liquid over the skillet.
  10. Add the fried chicken wings in the skillet.
  11. Cook them for a few minutes in the sauce.
  12. Add the sliced chili pepper on top.
  13. Serve with sesame seeds.
