If you have some leftover chicken breast, you can make a wonderful sandwich for work or a snack. All you have to do is add some mayonnaise, some seasoning, and some veggies, in order to make the meat very tasty.

Ingredients Needed for Spicy Chicken Sandwich

2 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Tex-Mex seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika powder
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 ciabattas
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato
1 ounce of mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Spicy Chicken Sandwich

  1. Boil the chicken breasts in a saucepan and shred the meat after it’s done.
  2. Transfer the shredded chicken to a large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle salt, Tex-Mex seasoning, and paprika powder. Mix them all together.
  4. Add the mayonnaise and make sure it imbibes the whole chicken.
  5. Cut the ciabatta in a top half and a bottom half, without separating the two pieces.
  6. Add mayonnaise on the bottom half.
  7. Add the lettuce leaves, tomato slices, shredded chicken with mayo, and shredded mozzarella.
