Ingredients Needed for Spicy Cheese Balls

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon pine nut
1 chili
½ cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon crushed walnut

How to Make Spicy Cheese Balls

  1. Roast the sunflower and pumpkin seeds and the pine nuts in a pan. Add the diced chili. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Put the cottage cheese in a large bowl. Add the roasted seeds and mix them together with a tablespoon of fresh parsley.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls. Poke each one with a lollipop stick.
  4. Dip the balls in cumin seeds, parsley, poppy seeds or crushed walnuts.
