Spicy and Creamy Chicken

Who could imagine that chicken breast could taste so amazing? Turmeric, garam masala, chili and ginger are the ingredients that transform the chicken meat into the perfect meat!

Ingredients Needed for Spicy and Creamy Chicken

10 ounces of chicken breast
1 ounce ginger, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
½ chili, sliced
½ lime
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons of turmeric
2 teaspoons of garam masala
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ onion, diced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
parsley

How to Cook Spicy and Creamy Chicken

  1. Thinly slice the chicken breast into strips.
  2. Add it in a large bowl. Add half of the chopped ginger, garlic, chili, lime juice, and heavy cream. Season with 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala. Mix and cover with foil. Let it marinade for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, remaining ginger, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala. When the onion becomes translucent, add the tomato paste and stir.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the chicken. Cook it for about 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally. About a minute or so before turning off the heat add the chopped parsley.
  5. Serve warm!
