Ingredients Needed for Spicy and Creamy Chicken
10 ounces of chicken breast
1 ounce ginger, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
½ chili, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons of turmeric
2 teaspoons of garam masala
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ onion, diced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
How to Cook Spicy and Creamy Chicken
- Thinly slice the chicken breast into strips.
- Add it in a large bowl. Add half of the chopped ginger, garlic, chili, lime juice, and heavy cream. Season with 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala. Mix and cover with foil. Let it marinade for 30 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, remaining ginger, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala. When the onion becomes translucent, add the tomato paste and stir.
- Reduce the heat and add the chicken. Cook it for about 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally. About a minute or so before turning off the heat add the chopped parsley.
- Serve warm!
