1 mango, cubed
1 dill, chopped
½ lime
2 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon paprika powder
½ teaspoon salt
14 ounces of salmon fillet

How to Make Spice-Crusted Salmon With Mango Salad

  1. Add the mango cubes in a bowl.
  2. Add the dill, squeeze the lime, crush the garlic and mix.
  3. Mix the dried thyme, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, paprika powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Coat the salmon fillets with the spice mixture.
  5. Grease a skillet with olive oil, then place the salmon fillets skin-side-down in it.
  6. Fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes on the first side, flip the fillets over, and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Set aside.
  7. Serve the salmon fillet with the mango salad.
