How to Make Spice-Crusted Salmon With Mango Salad
- Add the mango cubes in a bowl.
- Add the dill, squeeze the lime, crush the garlic and mix.
- Mix the dried thyme, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, paprika powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the spice mixture.
- Grease a skillet with olive oil, then place the salmon fillets skin-side-down in it.
- Fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes on the first side, flip the fillets over, and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Set aside.
