6 ounces of spaghetti
salt
1 teaspoon butter
¼ red bell pepper, chopped
¼ yellow bell pepper, chopped
½ avocado
½ cup heavy cream
7 cherry tomatoes
mint
parsley
parmesan

How to Make Spaghetti With Cherry Tomatoes and Avocado

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill it with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the bell peppers, avocado, and stir in the pan for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the spaghetti and pour the heavy cream. Give it a good stir. Add the cherry tomatoes, mint, parsley, and stir for 2 more minutes.
  4. You can serve them with shredded parmesan on top!
