Spaghetti Crust Pizza

Want to make a pizza tonight, but the thought of making the dough it scares you? Use a pack of spaghetti instead! How? It’s easy! Boil the pasta and then bake it to make the crust. Add whatever topping you like!

Ingredients Needed for Spaghetti Crust Pizza

12 ounces of spaghetti
2 eggs
½ cup parmesan, grated
⅔ cup tomato sauce
2 ounces of olive, without pits
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
3.5 ounces of salami, sliced

How to Cook Spaghetti Crust Pizza

  1. In a large saucepan, boil some water. Add salt and boil the spaghetti for 6-7 minutes. Drain.
  2. Put the spaghetti in a medium bowl.
  3. Whisk the eggs and add them in the same bowl.
  4. Add the parmesan. Mix them all.
  5. Put a parchment paper on a baking tray.
  6. Place the spaghetti on it and spread them to make a sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes to 365 degrees F/185 degrees C.
  8. Spread the tomato sauce on the spaghetti crust.
  9. Slice the olives and sprinkle them on spaghetti.
  10. Add a layer of mozzarella and the salami slices.
  11. Bake again for 15 minutes to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
