1 tablespoon butter
4 eggs, whisked
4 ounces of smoked salmon, chopped
1 teaspoon heavy cream
2 teaspoons of fresh dill
How to Cook Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs
- Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the whisked eggs, then season with salt and pepper.
- Add the smoked salmon and stir it in. Add the heavy cream and stir it in. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the dill. Cook and stir for 1 more minute.
- Optionally, serve it on butter-spread sandwiches with more smoked salmon and sprinkled with dill.
