1 tablespoon butter
4 eggs, whisked
salt
pepper
4 ounces of smoked salmon, chopped
1 teaspoon heavy cream
2 teaspoons of fresh dill

Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the whisked eggs, then season with salt and pepper.

Add the smoked salmon and stir it in. Add the heavy cream and stir it in. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the dill. Cook and stir for 1 more minute.

Optionally, serve it on butter-spread sandwiches with more smoked salmon and sprinkled with dill.

No, not getting into the salmon, but scrambled eggs or a fried egg sandwich sounds very good. But ty anyways
