Ingredients

5 ounces of lentil
1 ½ cups of vegetable stock
1 ounce baby spinach
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 orange, sliced
2 radishes es, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
5 ounces of smoked salmon
fresh coriander

Place a saucepan over medium heat, add the vegetable stock and the red lentils.
