Do you like fast snacks? Well, this one is ready in a jiffy! The star here is smoked salmon, mixed with some feta cheese, olives, spring onion, and lime juice. Take all that, spread it over a tortilla wrap, slice it, and voila, your snack is good to go!

Ingredients Needed for Smoked Salmon and Feta Tortilla

6 black olives, without pit, sliced in halves
1 spring onion, chopped
2 radishes es, thinly sliced
3.5 ounces of smoked salmon
1 green chili, thinly sliced
3 ounces of feta cheese, crumble d
½ lime
pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tortilla wraps

How to Make Smoked Salmon and Feta Tortilla

  1. Add the smoked salmon in a large bowl and squeeze the juice from half of lime. Season with pepper and add the olives, feta, chili, and spring onion. Pour the olive oil and mix with a fork.
  2. Place one tortilla wrap in the middle of your working surface. Evenly spread half of the salmon mixutre over the tortilla. Start wrapping from one of the sides and roll it towards the opposite end. Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining salmon mixture.
  3. Diagonally slice the tortilla wraps and serve!
