Smoked Salmon and Caviar Sandwich

Now this is what we call an extravagant sandwich! Crunchy toast with smoked salmon, red and black caviar, and radish sprouts. A few drops of lime juice will balance the taste and take your sandwich experience to a whole new level!

Ingredients Needed for Smoked Salmon and Caviar Sandwich

2 breads
3 smoked salmons
1 ounce butter
1 tablespoon pesto sauce
½ lime
1 radish sprouts
1 teaspoon red caviar
1 teaspoon black caviar

How to Cook Smoked Salmon and Caviar Sandwich

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the bread slices on both sides.
  2. Spread the pesto sauce on a slice of bread.
  3. Add the 2 slices of smoked salmon.
  4. Squeeze a little bit of lime juice and add the radish sprouts.
  5. Dice the remaining salmon and add it over the sprouts.
  6. Spread some red and black caviar and top with the second slice of bread.
  7. If you want, you can add some more caviar on top.
