1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 spring onions, chopped
1 cup rice
2 cups of water
¼ cup fish stock
¼ cup white wine
lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 ounce butter
1 ounce parmesan, grated
7 ounces of smoked mackerel
fresh parsley for garnishing
How to Make Smoked Mackerel With Rice
- Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat, then add the spring onion and cook it until tender.
- Add the rice and stir, then while cooking and stirring, add the water, fish stock, white wine, lemon juice, salt, and butter. Cook until the water is absorbed.
- Add some grated parmesan and the smoked mackerel, stir and garnish with fresh parsley.
