Ingredients Needed for Smoked Mackerel With Rice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 spring onions, chopped
1 cup rice
2 cups of water
¼ cup fish stock
¼ cup white wine
lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 ounce butter
1 ounce parmesan, grated
7 ounces of smoked mackerel
fresh parsley for garnishing

How to Make Smoked Mackerel With Rice

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat, then add the spring onion and cook it until tender.
  2. Add the rice and stir, then while cooking and stirring, add the water, fish stock, white wine, lemon juice, salt, and butter. Cook until the water is absorbed.
  3. Add some grated parmesan and the smoked mackerel, stir and garnish with fresh parsley.
