Ingredients Needed for Slow Cooked Pork Loin and Veggie Stew

1 pound pork loin ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder 4 cloves salt pepper 1 garlic clove, slices 2 celerys, slices 2 tablespoons of chickpea, canned 1 chili pepper, whole 2 cups of chicken stock parsley red peppercorns ½ teaspoon red wine vinegar

How to Make Slow Cooked Pork Loin and Veggie Stew

  1. Place the pork loin in the crock pot.
  2. Add all the ingredients over the meat, including the chicken stock (except the parsley and red peppercorns).
  3. Cover the crock pot and slow cook everything for 4 hours at high.
  4. Serve warm and if you want, garnish with fresh parsley and red peppercorns.
