1 garlic clove, slices
2 celerys, slices
2 tablespoons of chickpea, canned
1 chili pepper, whole

- Place the pork loin in the crock pot.
- Add all the ingredients over the meat, including the chicken stock (except the parsley and red peppercorns).
- Cover the crock pot and slow cook everything for 4 hours at high.
- Serve warm and if you want, garnish with fresh parsley and red peppercorns.
