Slow Cooked Pork Butt

Do you have guests in the evening and no time to cook for them? The slow cooker is a great discovery! Put in the slow cooker some pork and vegetables just before you go to work. When you get back, the dinner is ready!

Ingredients Needed for Slow Cooked Pork Butt

    ½ teaspoon dried oregano
    ½ teaspoon garam masala
    ⅓ teaspoon ginger powder
    ⅓ teaspoon paprika powder
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    pepper
    2 pounds of pork butt
    1 lime
    1 onion
    10 baby potatoes
    ½ cup tomato juice
    2 rosemary sprigs
    ½ cup pork broth

How to Make Slow Cooked Pork Butt

  1. Mix all the spices.
  2. Coat the pork butt with lime juice and spices.
  3. Peel the onion and cut it into quarters.
  4. Wash the baby potatoes, but don’t peel them.
  5. Put in the slow cooker the onion, the potatoes, the pork, the tomato juice, and the rosemary sprigs.
  6. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  7. Slice the pork and put it on a large plate, with the vegetables.
  8. Before you serve it, pour the pork broth on it.
  9. Enjoy!
