Skewer Meatballs

If you don’t have much time to prepare something for lunch, think simple! Make some meatballs with sausage meat, grill them on skewers and serve them with a fresh arugula salad. Everything will be ready in no more than 15 minutes! For extra spoiling: make french fries!

Ingredients Needed for Skewer Meatballs

5 ounces of sausage meat
1 tablespoon garam masala
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
salt
pepper

How to Cook Skewer Meatballs

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Use your hands to form oval-shaped meatballs.
  3. Put the meatballs on skewers.
  4. Heat a grill pan and cook the meatballs all sides.
  5. Serve them on a bed of arugula and with some French fries!
