Ingredients

2 ounces of butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
cup flour
powdered sugar for garnishing

Add the butter and sugar to a bowl and mix until even. Then mix in the eggs.

Keep adding the whipping cream, vanilla extract, some salt, the baking powder, and flour. Mix more until smooth.

Use the batter in 1-2 tablespoon batches to cook for 4-5 minutes in a waffle iron. We've ended up with 4 waffles, but your number may differ.

Dust them with powdered sugar and top them with jam or any other sweet topping of your choosing.
