Ingredients Needed for Shrimp and Octopus Rice Bowl
1 octopus tentacle
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
2.5 ounces of rice, cooked
½ avocado, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 mango, diced
1 red chili
How to Cook Shrimp and Octopus Rice Bowl
- Grill the octopus tentacles for 3-4 minutes per side, until charred, and after it’s done, slice it.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the octopus and shrimp. Sprinkle salt and squeeze the juice out of half a lemon. Add both types of sesame seeds and cook everything for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice in a large bowl. Put the seafood on top. Place the avocado, cucumber, and mango on the sides.
- Serve it with a red chili on top and a few seaweed sprigs.
