1 tablespoon coconut oil
6 ounces of shrimp
2 garlic cloves, crushed
salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 ounces of broccoli florets
1 avocado
black sesame seeds for garnishing
red peppercorns for garnishing
2 ounces of baby spinach for serving (optionally)
lemon wedges, for serving (optionally)

How to Make Shrimp and Broccoli Warm Salad With Avocado

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over low heat. Add the shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice, season with salt, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the broccoli florets, stir for 1 more minute, and set aside.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the core, then thinly slice it.
  3. Serve the cooked shrimp and broccoli together with the avocado slices on a large plate. Garnish with black sesame seeds and red peppercorns. Optionally, serve together with lettuce and lemon wedges.
