How to Make Shrimp and Broccoli Warm Salad With Avocado
- Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over low heat. Add the shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice, season with salt, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the broccoli florets, stir for 1 more minute, and set aside.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the core, then thinly slice it.
