Seasoned Crispy French Fries

Did you know that you can make different types of fries? Our suggestion for today: boil the potatoes first, coat them in flour and spices, and then deep-fry them! Serve the fries hot, with garlic and parmesan, and you’ll become addicted!

Ingredients Needed for Seasoned Crispy French Fries

    vegetable oil for frying 2 tablespoons of flour ½ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon dried oregano 1 garlic clove, sliced ½ teaspoon paprika powder salt chives, sliced parmesan, grated 1 chili pepper

How to Make Seasoned Crispy French Fries

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it.
  3. Use a twin curl cutter to slice French fries. (You can also use a regular knife.)
  4. Throw them into the boiling water and boil them for about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the hot water and put them into a bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the flour over the potatoes, add pepper, dried oregano, garlic, paprika powder and herb salt.
  7. Coat the potatoes with this mixture.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
  9. Add the potatoes in the skillet, one by one, and fry them on all sides, until golden and crispy.
  10. Serve them hot, with some garlic, sliced chives, and grated parmesan.
