4 eggs
1 tablespoon skim milk
1 spring onion, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh chives

Add the eggs and skim milk to a bowl. Whisk until even.

Keep adding the spring onion and chives. Mix more, then microwave for 50 seconds.

Remove from the microwave oven, stir in, then microwave for another 20 seconds.
