Ingredients

2 tablespoons of butter
3 eggs
salt
1 cup milk
½ cup flour
4 ounces of sausage, sliced
4 ounces of mozzarella (8 balls 1/2-ounce each)
2 teaspoons of chili flakes
1 spring onion, chopped

Add one tablespoon butter into two separate bowls. Heat them for 20 minutes in the oven.

Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk them using a hand mixer. Season with salt, add the milk and flour and mix more.

Transfer the egg mixture to the melted butter bowls. Equally, add sausage slices, mozzarella, chili flakes, and spring onion. Bake for 30 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
