Sausage and Mozzarella Yorkshire Pudding
Welcome to an upgraded version of the Yorkshire pudding. Aside from the usual recipe, this recipe uses sausage and mozzarella with just a touch of hotness from chili flakes. You don’t want to miss out on this one!
Ingredients Needed for Sausage and Mozzarella Yorkshire Pudding
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup milk
½ cup flour
4 ounces of sausage, sliced
4 ounces of mozzarella (8 balls½-ounce each)
2 teaspoons of chili flakes
1 spring onion, chopped
How to Make Sausage and Mozzarella Yorkshire Pudding
- Add one tablespoon butter into two separate bowls. Heat them for 20 minutes in the oven.
- Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk them using a hand mixer. Season with salt, add the milk and flour and mix more.
- Transfer the egg mixture to the melted butter bowls. Equally, add sausage slices, mozzarella, chili flakes, and spring onion. Bake for 30 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
