Ingredients Needed for Sandwich Maker Potato Fritters

2 potatoes
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 egg yolks
salt
pepper
1 Cheddar cheese slice

How to Make Sandwich Maker Potato Fritters

  1. Peel and shred the potatoes and put them in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the breadcrumbs and the egg yolks.
  3. Season it with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine all the ingredients.
  5. Make medium portions of that mixture with your hands.
  6. Bake them for 15 minutes in the sandwich maker that makes four half triangular-shaped sandwiches at one time.
  7. Cut the Cheddar cheese slice in halves, making 2 triangles.
  8. When the potatoes are baked, add on 2 of them the triangle slices of Cheddar cheese.
  9. Cover them with the rest of the potato triangles.
  10. Bake them for 5 more minutes in the sandwich maker.
  11. Serve it warm, with salsa or another dip.
