Salt Baked Sea Bream

A recipe allowed in a / / / diet.

Here is one of the simplest and oldest techniques of cooking fish, but we also think it's one of the best! For those of you concerned about the amount of salt used, rest assured, the fish will not be salty by the end. The salt will just make a crust that will prevent the fish from overcooking. Also, you can stuff it with some orange and lime slices, for a citrusy flavor!
