Salmon Tagliatelle

Do you like pasta? Well, it goes perfectly with fish! Make this salmon tagliatelle with red and black caviar. Easy and tasty!

Ingredients Needed for Salmon Tagliatelle

8 tagliatelles nests
7 ounces of salmon fillet
1 teaspoon red caviar
1 teaspoon black caviar
½ cup white wine
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
pepper
salt

How to Cook Salmon Tagliatelle

  1. In a saucepan put water and bring to a boil.
  2. Put in it the tagliatelle nests and cook according to package directions. Strain.
  3. Cut salmon fillet into strips.
  4. Sprinkle it with pepper.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil into a skillet.
  6. Fry the salmon strips until the meat turns opaque white.
  7. Add white wine. Cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Add cooked tagliatelle, red and black caviar. Combine all the ingredients.
  9. Season with salt.
  10. Serve warm!
