Ingredients Needed for Salmon and Baby Spinach Salad With Mustard Dressing

1 teaspoon olive oil
5 ounces of salmon fillet
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ lime
3 ounces of baby spinach
½ red bell pepper, small dices
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
6 cherry tomatoes, halves
2 ounces of feta cheese
5 walnuts

How to Make Salmon and Baby Spinach Salad With Mustard Dressing

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Lay the salmon skin side down and cook it for 4 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper. Flip it over and continue cooking it for 3 more minutes.
  2. For the dressing, grab a small bowl and add the mustard, basil, honey, oregano, lime zest, and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper, and mix.
  3. Add the baby spinach in a large bowl. Add the red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Mix and top with Feta and walnuts.
  4. Top it with the cooked salmon and drizzle mustard dressing on top!

  1. The recipe directions note adding lime zest and juice; however the ingredients only say 1/4 lime. Can you please update to reflect the amount of lime juice and lime zest?
