How to Make Salmon and Baby Spinach Salad With Mustard Dressing
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Lay the salmon skin side down and cook it for 4 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper. Flip it over and continue cooking it for 3 more minutes.
- For the dressing, grab a small bowl and add the mustard, basil, honey, oregano, lime zest, and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper, and mix.
- Add the baby spinach in a large bowl. Add the red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Mix and top with Feta and walnuts.
- Top it with the cooked salmon and drizzle mustard dressing on top!
The recipe directions note adding lime zest and juice; however the ingredients only say 1/4 lime. Can you please update to reflect the amount of lime juice and lime zest?
