Ingredients Needed for Salmon and Citrus Baked in Foil

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
3 ounces of salmon, 1 fillet
3.5 ounces of cherry tomatoes

How to Make Salmon and Citrus Baked in Foil

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the honey, mustard, and lemon juice to a small bowl. Stir to make a glaze.
  2. Lay an aluminum foil on your chopping board. Lay the orange slices side by side, in a column, then add the salmon fillet on the top, skin-side down. Coat with glaze, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the lemon slices over the salmon, then add the cherry tomatoes next to the fish. Drizzle some more olive oil.
  4. Fold the aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes at 320ËšF/160ËšC.
